Squinky here again!
For the past little while, I've been collaborating with my friend Zoyander Street on their Intrapology project, which is a queer online interactive theatre piece about alien anthropologists dealing with a fragmenting multiverse. The Soft Chaos team has been running worldbuilding workshops for the project, and in the meantime, I've also been working on developing Intrinsink, an open source web app that artists can use to build their own interactive theatre productions.
But that's not all! As if I weren't already wearing enough hats on this project, I'm also flexing my acting muscles and playing the role of Paris! I'll be making my debut on Sunday, June 15 (that's this weekend!) at 7pm UK time (which is actually 2pm for me). You can grab a free ticket here.
If you can't make it this Sunday, there will be a recording available online at some point after the live show. In the meantime, Episode 4 is scheduled for Sunday, July 20, same time as above. I'm collaborating on writing the script this time around, and Paris is going to be playing an even more prominent role, so needless to say, I'm very excited (and just a little bit nervous) about it.
Meanwhile, on Saturday, June 21 at 12pm ET, Zoyander and I will be giving a remote talk at NarraScope called Intrinsink: Building an Open-Source Interactive Theatre Web App, which will feature the audience interacting with us in real time using Intrinsink itself!
