I'm SORRY. I've been incredibly SICK and then in the process of moving to another COUNTRY.
In May I developed Bell's Palsy which paralyzed half of my face and for which I ended up taking quite a number of medicines. I had an ER visit which I have applied for financial assistance on, but have yet to hear anything about.
I arrived in the UK where I will be living with my partner on Wednesday of last week. I have been slowly overcoming the time hangover (jet lag) but am more or less on a decent circadian rhythm now. We are in the midst of moving, hopefully before the end of the month.
Things have been so up in the air, much of my creative work has completely fallen to the side. Now I am trying to find some part time work to sustain me while I get set up here.
All of this personal life work, coupled with the absolute GARBAGE SCOTUS decisions, particularly regarding student loans, makes it very difficult to be creative when I am now desperately trying to find a way to make money so that we can simply feed ourselves in the midst of a really unsertain time. I really sympathize with anyone who feels overwhelmed by everything that's going on.
