Lol this is a short one! Well under two hours. That's fine, this month was a fuzzy one, I'm glad I got as many in here as I did.
Please enjoy the dance remix of 'The Hanging Tree' from The Hunger Games by Braaheim. I had it recommended to me by Spotify's algo which was a very mean read, though I love it. A lot of covers in this batch - notably 'Army Dreamers' by The Last Dinner Party, 'Needle in the Hay' by Califone, and 'I Feel Love' by Bronski Beat, although its a medley with 'Johnny Remember Me.' I've talked about The Age of Consent before and whew.

I think I've mentioned Pony Talk before? Basically every single they've dropped so far I'm very fond of. Here's to hoping they get a Bandcamp by the time they've got an album.

Another surprise recco was a song by Dead Man's Bones. When I went to go see what else this band had done I learned they'd just the one album. Searching around I learned they were a project from Ryan Gosling and Zach Shields. I love that the whole thing feels like some sort of stage production recording With Original Cast, in a way.
