Isn't that orange grody?! We think it's some mutation like with navel oranges, this year has the most I've seen of nasties like this, bless.
After a bleh week last week, back in the saddle some though the schedule is thrown by the start of my week of vacation (the kind of vacation where you go nowhere but have a nice time). There's still a day left of my sale on Itch, pick up all my writing there for an even five bucks!
Okay let's get into the week did:
- Making progress on the sweater I'm crocheting, hooray.
- Blog post looking at some good old seasonal nail art, I've done some fun ones over the years.
- Another blog post with a worksheet for brainstorming monsters, this was a fun one to make and to do and hooray, now I have some monsters to hand when I need them.
- Continuing my kick of 300-500 words a day on this writing project. Shout out to years of Flash Fiction February for teaching me how to aim my brain for that.
- Assorted planner stuff for the new month.
- I realised I could just make my own link page of all the places you can find me online since, y'know, I have my own domain. This is much more fun than the other options out there.
- Starting on next month's newsletter, lol that's right--I did not make use of the lead time from getting November's newsletter done early.
Not a bad lot!! The big question is: will I successfully fix the couch this vacation? I have been intending to for years. Fingers crossed for me.
