Hello, I am very excited to be on Comradery. This platform has a lot of potential for becoming the basis of a broad-spectrum utopia along the lines of what I've been rambling about on my blog for ages.
Anyway, I should introduce myself! I'm fluffy, and I am in this "band" called Sockpuppet, where I produce music for a whole bunch of different things. You can get way more information on my website (currently hosted by Bandcamp but I'm in the process of migrating to self hosting once again).
I am hoping to use Comradery specifically to fund my personal music projects, and to also give me a bit more flexibility when it comes to the vast amounts of music production and music-related work I do on a volunteer basis for organizations such as the Trans Academy and the Seattle Trans and Nonbinary Choral Ensemble. I also spend a lot of my time making music for game jam games and other small independent projects that are short on funding.
Folks who support me here will get access to my albums as they are released, and can also serve as an "executive producer" of sorts. I'm still working out what that might look like, though! But hopefully this will lead to bigger and better things for everyone.
I'm glad to be here and excited about the future of Comradery!
