Hello there! I'm Marella, an award winning illustrator and educator based in New York.
I usually work editorial, but I also make zines, prints, comics, and other various arts. My work often centers around subculture and working class stories, as well as delving into medieval and roman catholic themes. Check out some of my other work at Marellamoon.com.

Quiet Moon is a graphic novella I have been working on for quiet a while now but have lacked enough funding on dedicating my full time to it. It is a 40-50 page panneled comic about a small town great lakes fisherman named Jack who has recently had hardship befell him. The story follows him mostly through one night as he deals with his tragedies through drinking and overall poor communication skills. Originally written in 2019, this past year I have completely restarted this comic from basically scratch, fixing the story and re-illustrating the pages.
