hey folks just thought i should post to let people know whats going on.
tl;dr, my father is having a very very rough time with treatment for stage1 colon cancer and we aren't even past the surgical stage yet. there's more details on that on my personal blog.
it's making it a bit harder for me to work and focus than i would like, especially because i now more than ever need to be sure things are taken care of and sorted before i leave home for maybe a month or more.
