These two again.

Scipio was actually a massive stereotype: the socially awkward, shy dude who liked martial arts tokusatsu and anime so much that he hit the gym, became an absolute panty-dropper, and now cannot navigate that new reality.
And yeah, he wears a kilt. All the time. Strange to us, but not where he's from. Remember: alt-history comic.
Reagan is one of those broads who loves a challenge. Also, a bit of a pigtail-puller; she teases you/makes you uncomfortable as a way of saying she likes you.
These two were extremely fun to bounce off one another in the comic, to the point where they became the focus of every scene they were in if I wasn't careful.
