Hey everyone! My name is emmavoid, and I make let's play videos!
That's not all I do of course- I livestream regularly every Friday when able over on twitch with my vtuber avatar! I'm also an aspiring voice actress, and I hope to build up my skills by recording and editing let's play videos for you all to watch. Someday, though, you'll hear me in cartoons, video games, and who knows what else!
All of my let's play videos are free to watch, uploaded to Youtube every Monday Wednesday and Friday (barring any unforeseen circumstances, of course)! But, if you'd like to be involved in the creation process by backing me here then I'd totally appreciate any support you can give!
(Do note, especially if you’re transitioning from backing me on Patreon to backing me here on Comradery, that while my Patreon was a pledge-per-video system, this page is a pledge-per-month system instead.)
Not a ton to announce this month, but here's what i've got!
I did a couple more episodes of my Bugsnax let's play!
Also, Yeldplay! continues to go strong!
That's all for now!
Sorry I haven't been posting here lately- was taking a much needed break and doing the minimum necessary for a good while there. But, I have posted some stuff in the past... *counts on fingers* dang, six months? wow
We had an entire season of Yeldplay! You can find all of it, as well as the first episode of the new season, over on Acast! https://shows.acast.com/yeldplay/episodes/should-have-used-a-doorstop
There was also more let's plays! I finished over Here Comes Niko!, got worn out and decided to drop Super Lesbian Animal RPG, and started a new series, Bugsnax! ...rather than post all the links, i'm just gonna give you my youtube link and trust you with the rest from there :p https://www.youtube.com/c/emmavoid
And finally, twitter is dying! Which is, kinda depressing, lol. I've abandoned ship on that front for the most part, but there's plenty of other places you can find me- here's links for all of those!
Aaaand that's it for now! Thank you again so much for following my stuff and supporting if you can- Hopefully i'm gonna be able to ramp up on making more stuff in the coming months!
Til next time, Comrades!
So, I mentioned over on my Patreon, but I wanna make it official for you all to know too- I'm officially cutting back on let's play videos to focus on other projects! The big one being...
Yeldplay! is an actual play podcast where me and some friends play The Magical Land of Yeld, a game about kids who get trapped in a magic world and must fight to save both it and themselves! We're gonna be releasing episodes every other week to start, and plan to switch to weekly releases once we have enough backlog!
Here's a link to the first episode- please give it a listen and share it with your friends! https://shows.acast.com/yeldplay/episodes/a-door-where-doors-should-be
I'll still also be making let's plays, just not as many- I'm aiming for one or two a month, and that's what I did this month!
Here Comes Niko- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-BP179cWBQI
And finally, I'm gonna be working on auditioning for VA gigs more frequently now that I don't have the pressure of as many let's plays hanging over me- so, with luck, you might get to hear me in real published stuff like games or animations!
That's all for now- I really appreciate your support, and look forward to sharing more awesome stuff with you all <333
Take care, Comrades!
I mentioned last time about other projects and whatnot? Well, this month, those projects are underway! ...though that does mean fewer videos from me, whoops!
So, we got one more episode of each of the games I've currently been recording this month, including the final episode of Wintermoor Tactics Club! Really though, i'm so incredibly excited to get to share the other big project i've been working on...! :3
Super Lesbian Animal RPG- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0JRhOfHJJU4
Here Comes Niko!- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3sK6845guiA
Wintermoor Tactics Club finale!- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iyrf6TmoGwY
That's it for today! Here's hoping that life is treating you well, and if it isn't, a hope that it'll be better to you soon!
Phew, uh... well, 2023 started! I've been a bit busy with another project outside of my let's play videos, and also struggling a bit with spoons and stress, but i still managed to get some videos made!
Started Super Lesbian Animal RPG! It's cute, it's gay, it's fun!
I played a little bit more of Ashen! ...and then got kinda sick of it cuz of a number of reasons, so just one more episode of that :p
Wintermoor Tactics Club! We're, I think, right before the end, now!
And another new game, Here Comes Niko! Also adorable, also queer, i'm liking it a lot so far!
aaaand that's it for this month! Hope you're all doing well out there- it's not easy, but we're all gonna make it together!
Hello again, wonderful comrades!
Another month, another year... Honestly, I feel incredibly lucky to be on Comradery, and to have folks who actually watch my videos- it's pretty hecking amazing!
Anywho, before i start humming some new years song or other, let's get into what i put out this month!
We finished up System Shock 2! That ending uh... certainly was...! lmao, but still, I had fun overall :p
We also finished up Ender Lilies! It was super fun, fairly tough, and really knew had to evoke some feelings with its art and music :3 Another game I'm glad I played!
Wintermoor Tactics Club continues apace! More and more mysterious stuff is going on... and yet, we're still not sure if any of it is actually fantastical and magical or not?!
And finally, we started a new game! Ashen is an interesting low-poly-ish indie Souls-like- I've only just started it, but uh, it sure as heck... does have a big pretty lady in it... >////>
Aaaand that's all for this month! We'll be starting at least one more new game next month- maybe two if we finish up Wintermoor Tactics Club? Either way, I think I'm settling a bit better back into a twice-a-week posting schedule- having three games that I cycle through for it helps things be a little less same-y, if that makes sense.
Thanks again for being here, comrades, and have a great new year~!
Phew... hi there, comrades!
I've been mentioning that I need to cut back on videos a bit, and that I've been struggling to actually put in the work for that... and so, apparently my executive functioning decided to do it for me- by not letting me get videos done!
That's not to say there haven't been any this month- I'm just, having a bit of a hard time being okay with only six videos. But, it is what it is!
So! System Shock 2! We've made our way through the majority of the game I believe, and are at the final area, which I've heard is a bit of a mess? Mood, honestly.
More Ender Lilies! It's been fun picking up more and more movement techs in the game! I wonder if I'd get a different ending if I went to the final boss again yet...
And, Wintermoor Tactics Club! The Plot has begun to rear it's ugly head, and I'm looking forward to finding out what's up with that kooky principal!
That's all for this month- seeya later, comrades~!
I'm back! Patreon continues to suck, but Comradery is amazing and I'm so happy to be here <333
New vids this month! Still didn't quite manage to get all the videos i would have liked up, but I'm trying to be patient with myself
System Shock 2 continues! I'm loving it so far- it's amazing how weirdly bad and yet good all the voice acting is, and now i get to love/hate Shodan AND The Many!
Started a new game this month- Wintermoor Tactics Club! It's an interesting little indie tactics game inspired by tabletop role-playing games, and gives you some really interesting chances to "GM" the game within the game!
And finally, Ender Lilies! We reached an ending of it, but there's still lots more to explore, and I'm not giving up until I've found it all!
That's all for this month- still undecided on if I'm gonna cut down my number of vids. I think the fact that most of my backers are on Patreon, and thus backing on a per-video basis, makes me hesitent to do so? So maybe I'll cut down a bit once more folks back me here. We'll see!
Have a great spooky day, comrades!
Hey Emma, why didn't you post anything last month?
Burn out! I was exhausted and needed a break, sorry for not leaving a heads up about it :p
But this month! This month has been... well, more productive, at least, despite computer and health issues that popped up!
We started two new games this month- the first of which is Ender Lilies, a fun little game quite reminiscent of Hollow Knight!
The second game we started is one that has been a long time coming- System Shock 2! I really enjoyed the first one, so I'm quite hyped to be jumping into this one :3
We also continued, and finished, two more games!
I haven't decided for sure yet, but I'm considering dropping back down to two videos a week instead of three- it's been a bit of a stretch for me to keep up with it! But I might still do three different games, and just post twice a week... or ocassionally a third time in a week when I'm feeling up for it? I dunno, this stuffs tough :p
Anyway, have a good one, comrades! <333
Hello again, Comrades!
This month was another that was a bit difficult- had a lot of other stresses going on, so I wasn't able to complete all the videos I had intended. But! The ones we did finish were great fun!
We continued Necrobarista throughout the month!
We kept playing Sword of the Necromancer, and got the first ending! Second ending should be coming soon...!
And finally, we started up Everhood- an interesting cross between a rhythm game and an Undertale-style meta-ful adventure! (the last part of which i posted technically after midnight, and so could be considered to be part of August, but... whatever :p)
Alright, have a good one~ <333
Hey again, Comrades- time for the monthly recap!
(i'm a bit worn out, so, gonna keep it simple this time around :p)
we finished Tunic! it was trippy as heck, and quite fun x3
we finished the Echoes of the Eye DLC for Outer Wilds! also quite fun, also quite trippy :p
we played more Necrobarista!
And finally, we started playing Sword of the Necromancer!
And that's all for this month- take care, everyone~! <333
Hey again, Comrades- time for another recap!
To start off, we finished Inscryption! Definitely a heck of a game, and I highly recommend giving it a try!
Next, we finished off Heaven Will Be Mine, which was also amazing and even queer as heck to boot!
That's it for games we finished- next, we continued Tunic, which is getting... weird? But in the best way possible, lol!
This one's a bit of a weird inbetween continuing and starting new thing- Outer Wilds: Echo of the Eye! I've been really excited to play this DLC, and now I've finally got the opportunity to!
And to wrap things up, our final new game of the month- Necrobarista is a neat little indie game where you play as a barista for ghosts on their way to the afterlife!
That's all for this month- I would've had one more video, but I had some moving to do and that pushed it back just past the line. But, there's always next month! Thanks for checking in, and thanks again for supporting me! Bye~!
This is my first ever post here on Comradery, and I gotta say, I'm super hyped to be here! To start things off, let's go over all the videos I've put out over the past month!
First off, our continuing let's plays-
Inscryption is... well, it's a heck of a lot tbh, and if you haven't played it I wouldn't wanna spoil too much! So, I can tell you it's a card game from the creator of Pony Island and The Hex, and it's got a ton of weird meta stuff going on, and it's great~! We got three new episodes posted this month-
Next up is Heaven Will Be Mine, an amazing visual novel by the creators of one of my favorite games I've ever done a let's play of, We Know The Devil! It's queer as heck, has amazing world building, and some top tier character dialog- perfect for me to try out some voices on :3 This also had three new episodes this month!
Finally, we started one new let's play this month! (Sorry to anybody who was enjoying my Gurumin series- it's not a bad game, I just... was getting kinda bored of it ^^; whoops!)
Tunic is a great Zelda-inspired adventure game with a twist- you find the pages of the instruction manual as you play! We've begun exploring and making sense of its world, and I'm really looking forward to figuring out everything it has to share with us!
That's all for this month- I'll be back here again this time next month to post my vids again! But, if you don't wanna wait til then, I'd love if you subscribe and turn on notifications on my youtube channel so you can see every video as I put it out, every Monday Wednesday and Friday! (...usually! Spoons can be tough, so I get them all out as soon as I can!)
Seeya next time~!
