So, apparently, while I was trying to hammer away at this thing, learning along the way new (better) ways for me to fight against my mouth's clicking, I looked back to the first parts of the audio file, and found out that the whole thing had gotten some manner of unusable, compressed mess that I have no idea for where it came from or why it happened. Thankfully, in spite of it taking me until 7pm to finish fixing it, it's no longer there, and it all should be good now. Just gotta... you know, actually finish the rest of it now.
